How long will my item take to arrive?
3-4 weeks for personalised items, or 2-3 weeks for our Ready To Wear collection.
We don’t believe in fast fashion; true luxury means taking your time. To minimise waste, maximise sustainability and ensure brilliant quality, all our jewellery is handmade to order at our partner workshops in Italy. The handiwork involved is incredible, with painstaking attention to quality and detail. This means our bespoke pieces take between three to four weeks from design to delivery. But we promise they’re worth the wait.
Delivery – with whom, to where, how much and is it insured?
Everywhere, Yes.
Your items will be fully insured through our chosen logistics company, until you sign for the delivery of the item.

Because each piece of code by Edge jewellery is made to order and personalised for you, we’re afraid we can’t accept any returns. But we want to make sure your order is the beginning of a long-term relationship – so if for any other reason your piece of code by Edge jewellery fails to live up to your expectations, please contact us and we’ll endeavour to find a solution together.
