  • Where do you deliver?

    Everywhere! We ship globally.

  • How much does the delivery cost?

    For our Club Code members, all shipments within the UK and to the other EU27 member states, USA, and Australia are free of charge.

    For all other countries, we will endeavour to ship for free. But if your shipping costs are outside of our standard shipping tariff, we will contact you and ask you to approve any additional costs before we begin creating your piece of Code by Edge jewellery.

  • Who is your courier?

    We ship using a selection of different logistics companies, including Royal Mail, DHL and FEDEX. You will find details of the courier entrusted to deliver your code by Edge jewellery in your shipment confirmation email. Some of our courier also offer you the ability to track your shipment.

  • How will my order be packaged?

    Each piece of code by Edge jewellery arrives in beautiful, branded product packaging. But it is shipped to you in a discreet, non-branded, plain white package. We like to think opening the shipping box to reveal the branded interior packaging is all part of the unboxing experience.

    When gifting a piece of code by Edge jewellery, you have two options: either remove the invoice from the outer package and gift the enigmatic white box, or remove the shipping packaging and gift the jewellery in the branded box. The choice is yours!

  • Will my items be insured during delivery?

    Yes, your items will be fully insured through our chosen logistics company, until you sign for the delivery of the item.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Our target is to get your codebyEdge jewellery to you within 3 to 4 weeks. However, shipping might sometimes take a little longer due to customs or other formalities.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email, which in most cases – depending on the logistics provider – includes a tracking number. Please keep in mind that the tracking service is provided by our logistics partner, and we don’t have any control over its accuracy and/or availability

  • Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

    Yes it can. However, if there is a different country involved, we might contact you to validate that everything is correct. This could result in a delay in delivery time.

  • What is your policy for returns and refunds?

    Because each piece of code by Edge jewellery is made to order and personalised for you, we’re afraid we can’t accept any returns. But we want to make sure your order is the beginning of a long-term relationship – so if for any other reason your piece of code by Edge jewellery fails to live up to your expectations, please contact us and we’ll endeavour to find a solution together.
