We don’t believe in fast fashion; true luxury means taking your time. To minimise waste, maximise sustainability and ensure brilliant quality, all our jewellery is handmade to order at our partner workshops in Italy. The handiwork involved is incredible, with painstaking attention to quality and detail. This means our bespoke pieces take between three to four weeks from design to delivery. But we promise they’re worth the wait.
We deliver everywhere globally, and your items will be fully insured through our chosen logistics company until you sign for the delivery of the item.
We ship using a selection of different logistics companies, including Royal Mail, DHL and FEDEX. You will find details of the courier entrusted to deliver your codebyEdge jewellery in your shipment confirmation email. Some of our couriers also offer you the ability to track your shipment.
Shipping is free in most cases. If your shipping costs are outside of our standard shipping tariff, we will contact you and ask you to approve any additional costs before we begin creating your piece of codebyEdge jewellery.
